Apple pie

 

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 125 g cold butter, cut into small cubes
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • Cold water, about 4 to 6 tablespoons

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 4 to 5 apples (a variety suitable for cooking, such as Golden or Granny Smith)
  • 50 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
