1. Finely chop the nuts in a blender.
2. Layer 5 to 6 sheets of phyllo dough and brush with butter in the middle.
3. Sprinkle with nut mixture and roll.
4. Brush with butter again and cut into pieces.
5. Bake at 180° for 20-25 minutes.
6. In the meantime, prepare the syrup: pour the sugar and water into a saucepan.
7. Add the cinnamon, clavos, lemon zest and lime juice.
8. Cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes, then remove the zest and cloves.
9. Pour the syrup over all the buns.
10. Decorate with other chopped dried fruit and leave to cool.
