Ingredients:
200 g of flour
300 ml of milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
3 teaspoons of sugar
50 ml of sparkling water + 1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate
2 eggs
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
- Add the water and eggs.
- Whisk everything until you get a liquid dough.
- Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes before preparing the crepes.
