Cannoli Pancarrè: too good not to try!

PREPARATION:

Spread out a slice of crustless bread and fill it diagonally with tomato sauce, black olives, oregano, cheese and basil. Join opposite sides to form a cannoli. Dip each cannoli first in the beaten egg seasoned with salt and pepper and then in the breadcrumbs. Bake at 190° for 15 minutes. Here you have your tasty cannoli ready!
