Cauliflower and potatoes au gratin with smoked cheese: A melting and tasty delight

The potato slices are carefully placed in a greased baking dish and lightly sprinkled with breadcrumbs. These slices serve as the base for the gratin, which will be filled with a creamy mixture. A pinch of salt is added to give it more flavor. The cauliflower is then poured over the potatoes, followed by a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, grated cheese and the rest of the potato slices. Finally, a layer of smoked cheese slices and grated cheese is added to create a delicious, crispy crust.

For a crispy crust, prepare the cauliflower and potato gratin with smoked cheese by baking it in a preheated oven at 180° for about 15 to 20 minutes in the middle. During the last five minutes, turn on the grill and place the dish on the top rack of the oven. The dish is now ready to serve.
