Chocolate chips
Cut the unpeeled oranges into slices and blend them with the eggs, milk and vegetable oil.
When the mixture is smooth and there are no orange pieces left, we add the sugar, salt, flour and yeast.
Blend until smooth. Fold the chocolate chips into the batter, pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper, and bake at 180°C/350°F for 50 minutes.
When the cake has cooled, remove it from the mold and sprinkle it with icing sugar.
