- Mix the water, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and salt in a saucepan. Melt over fire.
- Now add the flour and mix until you get a firm dough.
- Turn off the heat and add the egg.
- Shape the churros and then freeze for 3 minutes.
- Fry them in hot oil until golden.
- Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon and cover the churros with this mixture.
- Make the chocolate sauce by dissolving the chocolate in the hot cream, then add the butter.
- Serve in a cup with churros on the side.
