CREPES WITH NUTELLA
- Prepare the batter:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs.
- Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine.
- Add the salt and melted butter; beat until smooth.
- Cook the crepes:
- Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
- Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.
- Add Nutella:
- Once the crepe is done, spread a layer of Nutella over one side of the crepe while it’s still warm.
- Fold the crepe into quarters or roll it up.
- Serve:
- Serve warm and enjoy! You can add toppings such as sliced bananas, strawberries, or powdered sugar if desired.
