Croissant Donuts: You Can’t Stop at Just One!

Soft croissant donuts… and simply irresistible! They are easy to make and can be enjoyed hot for a decadent breakfast or as a sweet snack outside of main meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
  • Orange zest
  • 1/2 salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 8 g of yeast
  • 7 g of baking powder
  • 150 ml / 5.3 oz lukewarm water
  • 100 g / 0.7 cup semolina
  • 250 g / 1.7 cups flour
  • cooking oil
