- 1 cup (100 g) oatmeal.
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) of any milk of your choice.
- A pinch of salt.
- 1 banana.
- 1 egg.
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa.
- 50 g (1.75 oz) unsweetened chocolate.
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.

- In a large bowl, mix the oatmeal with the milk and a pinch of salt. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes for the oatmeal to soften.
- Meanwhile, mash the banana with a fork until you obtain a smooth puree without lumps.
- Add the egg to the banana puree and mix well. Then add the baking powder and the tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa, mixing until you obtain a homogeneous and soft dough.
- Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and grease the molds with a little vegetable oil.
- Fill the molds 2/3 full with the prepared dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the desserts are golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Meanwhile, melt the sugar-free chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, adding a teaspoon of vegetable oil to make it smoother and shiny.
- Once the desserts are ready, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Decorate desserts with melted chocolate, adding generously on top.
