AFirst of all, take a bundt mold and pour the 160g of sugar into it and put it over low heat until you obtain a caramel.
Spread the caramel over the bottom and sides of the mold.
Spread the sliced bananas on the bottom and sides of the mold with the caramel and set aside.
Now pour the milk with the eggs, sugar, butter into the blender and mix for 2 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the flour little by little, mixing well with a whisk.
Then add the yeast and mix gently with a wooden spoon.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
Unmold while still warm so that the caramel does not harden.
