Every time I make this dish, guests ask me for the recipe.
Ingredients:
6 cups of pork
4 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 can of your favorite broth (chicken is a popular choice), 14 oz
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon chili pepper
