Grimolle with apples
Ingredients
- 100g flour
- 70 g brown sugar
- 200 ml of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cap of apple liqueur, amber rum or vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 large apples
For the almond bark
- 50g butter
- 40 grams of sugar
- 1 egg
- 125 g flaked almonds
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
- Butter a 24cm diameter springform pan.
- In a salad bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast and liquor.
- Add the egg and milk and mix until you obtain a smooth dough.
- Peel, core and cut the apples into slices.
- Add the apples to the dough.
- Pour the dough into the mold.
