French apple pie: Grimolle! AMAZING! Morning or night delight

Grimolle with apples

Ingredients

  • 100g flour
  • 70 g brown sugar
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cap of apple liqueur, amber rum or vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 2 large apples

For the almond bark

  • 50g butter
  • 40 grams of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 125 g flaked almonds

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
  2. Butter a 24cm diameter springform pan.
  3. In a salad bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast and liquor.
  4. Add the egg and milk and mix until you obtain a smooth dough.
  5. Peel, core and cut the apples into slices.
  6. Add the apples to the dough.
  7. Pour the dough into the mold.
