Ingredients:
2 onions
2 or 3 beetroots
Vinegar
Salt, to taste
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
Peel and boil the beetroots in salted water. Once cooked, dice them. Chop the onions into small pieces and add to the beetroots. Mix in olive oil and vinegar, seasoning with salt. Let the salad rest for an hour before enjoying.
