Ingredients:
1/2 cabbage, finely shredded
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
5-7 radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2-3 green onions, chopped
A handful of fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon clove seeds sesame
3-4 tablespoons thick yogurt
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Olive oil (to taste)
1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, cucumber slices, radishes and red pepper.
Add chopped green onions and dill to vegetables.
In a separate small bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt and black pepper to create the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well to coat.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the salad.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Serve chilled as a refreshing side dish.
