Light Breakfast in a Sugar-Free Glass, Ready in 1 Minute

100g oat flakes
1 apple
3 dates
1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
A pinch of ground cinnamon
240 ml of milk (I use almond milk)
Preparation :
Put 100g of oatmeal in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Wash and cut 1 apple without peeling it.
Put the apple in a blender, add 3 dates, 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds, a pinch of ground cinnamon.
Drain the oatmeal and add them to the blender as well.
Pour in 240 ml of milk (I use almond milk).
Mix everything until you obtain a smooth consistency.
Pour the mixture into a cup and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, or better, overnight for breakfast the next day.
Before serving, decorate with fruit slices or nuts.
