What You Need to Make Loaded Steak Quesadillas
Turn the oven on to high (420 degrees).
Add the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin, paprika, and chili powder to a small bowl.
Dip the meat in the spice mixture.
In a pan over medium high heat, add a little oil and cook the steak until it reaches your desired doneness. After letting it rest, cut it into pieces.
Pour half a cup of cheese onto each of two large flour tortillas before placing them on a prepared baking sheet.
Divide the meat evenly between the two tortillas.
Before filling the tortillas, place the corn, beans, tomatoes and avocado on top.
Top the tortillas with the remaining cheese.
On each quesadilla, place two large tortillas.
Leave in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
After slicing, garnish with cilantro and lime juice for garnish.
