Ingredients needed:
140 g of corn starch
250 ml of orange juice (or your favorite juice)
300 g of sugar
380 ml of water
1 tablespoon of icing sugar
3 tablespoons of corn starch
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
Preparation method:
Pour the water into a medium saucepan, add the orange juice, 140 g of starch, the sugar and mix well with a whisk. We put the saucepan on the fire and, stirring constantly, boil the composition until it becomes thick.
Then add the lemon juice, mix and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes, until the mixture becomes shiny and dense, changing color.
Remove the pan from the heat.
We prepare a silicone or glass mold, approximately 16-25 cm, and spray it with water.
We pour the composition from the saucepan into the form, making sure that the height of the layer is at least 2 cm.
