- To start, break the egg into a bowl, add the pinch of salt, the sweetener stevia (or sugar, maltitol or erythritol) and the vanilla flavoring and beat adequately with the hand whisk.

- Now add the seed oil, mix, add the fresh cheese, mix well, sift and add the flour together with the yeast and knead with your hands to obtain a smooth, soft and compact dough .
- Now transfer the mixture onto a lightly floured work surface, start working again to make a sausage, cut it into 18 pieces and roll them into balls.
- Once this is done, flatten the balls with lightly floured hands to create thin disks, pierce them in the center with a very small mold to obtain donuts and place them in a dripping pan lined with special paper.
- Finally, cook in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180°C . At the end, let the biscuits cool and dust them with a little icing sugar.
