My family’s favorite dish, Greek cheese bread😮

Preparation:
1. Simply put the flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast in a bowl and mix.
2. Then add the water and oil and knead until you get a sticky dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in volume.
3. Now brush a tray with olive oil. Now crumble the cheese then knead 2/3 of it into the yeast dough.
4. In the evening, place the dough on the baking sheet and flatten it. Then sprinkle with the rest of the cheese then the oregano. Place in an oven preheated to 200° and cook for around 40 minutes.
