For the base:
- 200 g of crushed Maria or Digestive biscuits
- 100g melted unsalted butter
For the stuffing:
- 500 g of cream cheese at room temperature
- 150 g of white sugar
- 200 ml whipping cream (milk cream)
- 3 large eggs
- 300 g of crumbled Jijona nougat (soft nougat).
- 100 g of chocolate chips or pieces of nougat to give consistency
For decoration:
- 200 ml of whipping cream, already whipped
- 50 g of crumbled Jijona nougat
- Chocolate chips to taste

Basic:
- Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter.
- Press into the bottom of a removable mold and place in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
Filling: - Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Beat the cream cheese with the sugar until smooth.
- Add the cream and mix well.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating gently after each addition.
- Add the crumbled Jijona nougat and the chocolate chips. Mix with enveloping movements.
- Pour this mixture onto the biscuit base.
Baking: - Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is almost set.
- Turn off the oven, open the door slightly and leave the cake to cool inside to prevent it from breaking.
Cooling down: - Once cool, refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Decoration: - Before serving, decorate with whipped cream, crumbled nougat and chocolate chips to taste.
