5. Shortness of breath
Becoming increasingly weak is another sign that you may be having a heart attack.
You are out of breath as if you had run the marathon with the slightest effort. If you’re overweight, it may be time to lose those pounds that are literally taking your breath away. On the other hand, if you are used to doing sports and your BMI (body mass index) is normal, keep this symptom in mind, stay calm and be very attentive in the hours that follow. If this shortness of breath turns into increasingly pronounced panting, see a doctor immediately. It may be a false alarm but “Prevention is better than cure”.

6. Abnormal sweating
While you never sweat excessively, you wake up soaked from head to toe and these cold sweats occur even during the day. This is a sign that your heart is struggling to pump blood through blocked arteries. It therefore puts more effort into getting there and as a result, your body temperature increases. To stabilize it, your body sweats profusely.
Preventing heart attacks is very important; Noticing and treating the above-mentioned symptoms in a timely manner will significantly reduce the chances of heart attacks.
Do everything you can to ensure you have good cardiovascular health, for example sports; it could make the difference.
