Philly Cheesesteak Egg Roll

Instructions

Turn heat to medium in a large skillet. Melt half the butter, half the amount indicated in the ingredients. Stir in the chopped onion and green pepper once the butter has melted. A few minutes in the pan should be enough to soften these components.
Transfer the cooked vegetables to a plate and cover to keep warm.
Use the rest of the butter and melt it now. Melt the butter in a pan and add the rib-eye. To season, simply add salt and black pepper.
Flip the ribeye and cook for another three to four minutes, or until it turns brown on the outside and cooked on the inside.
Mix the meat with the sautéed vegetables.
After obtaining the egg roll wrappers, open them. After that, center the spring roll wrapper with half a piece of cheese.
Now, fill each spring roll wrapper with two or three tablespoons of beef mixture and fold according to package directions. As you approach the wrappers, use water to secure their edges.
Heat the pan and add the oil.
Continue to flip the spring rolls as they fry three or four at a time. Frying it for three to five minutes causes it to brown.
Before serving, place the fried buns on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Top with your favorite sauce and drizzle.
Remarks
Coat the spring rolls with frying spray and put them in balls at 425F. To obtain a crispy texture, cook for about 15 to 20 minutes. If you prefer to bake it, that’s the way to go.
