Despite the incidents of the previous day, King Charles III and his wife, Camilla, are continuing their official visit to the island of Guernsey to the delight of supporters of the Crown. During their visit, the royal couple visited the Crown Pier to discover Guernsey’s culture, heritage and products. Among the many products and drinks on offer was a pint of beer named “Charles”, from the Little Big Brew Company in honour of the coronation of Elizabeth II’s son.
Without a second thought, King Charles III drank the beer that bore his name before declaring to the crowd: ” You’d better not have too many. I bet they’re all dying to drink it!”
