In a salad bowl, beat the eggs, cornstarch, vanilla extract and 125 ml of milk (taken from the liter of milk) with electric whisks.

Pour the rest of the milk into a saucepan, with the vanilla sugar, sugar and vanilla powder. Bring everything to a boil.

Pour the boiling sweetened vanilla milk over the egg mixture and continue beating with an electric mixer.

Pour everything back into the saucepan and return to very low heat, stirring constantly. Let it simmer for a few seconds, no more, the preparation should be slightly thick.
