1 medium onion
2 large cloves garlic
5 lemons
5 tablespoons 100% pure honey
Instructions:
Finely slice the onion and put it in a bowl.
Add the garlic cloves also cut into pieces.
Add the honey to the mixture.
Squeeze the juice from the lemons and pour it into the bowl.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
Cover the bowl and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day, filter the mixture to obtain a smooth, ready-to-use syrup.
