Gather the dough with your dry hands and roll it into a ball with your hands. Now cover the pan with aluminum foil. Wrap the cookie dough in plastic wrap and freeze for at least 20 to 30 minutes before using. Cut small pieces of dough with your fingers and place small, ¼-inch-high flattened disks of cookie dough at least 1 inch apart on the baking sheet. Now bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 220°C for 8-10 minutes until they are cooked and turn a nice golden color on the surface. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool and enjoy your meal!

You can glaze the cookies by pouring melted chocolate or sugar paste over the cooled cookies.
Store the cooled cookies in an airtight container and you can enjoy them for up to a week after baking.
You can serve them slightly warm or at room temperature with a scoop of your favorite ice cream and some fresh fruit for an instant dessert for dinner!
