How to make soft yogurt and cocoa cake?
First, we butter and flour a 22-24 cm diameter cake pan.
Beat the whole eggs with the powdered sugar, vanilla and lemon zest in the bowl of the mixer until light and fluffy.
Always beat and add the oil, warm water and yogurt. Continue mixing until the ingredients are incorporated.
Add the flour previously sifted and mixed with the baking powder.
With a slight movement from bottom to top, incorporate everything. Divide the mixture and add half of the cocoa.
Pour the clear mixture obtained into the mold, then the cocoa mixture.
Bake the cake in a preheated static oven at 175° for approximately 40-45 minutes. Do the toothpick test to check if it is cooked.
Once the cake is cooked, let it cool completely before placing it on a serving plate.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve the soft yogurt and cocoa cake. Enjoy !
