Instructions:
- Empty the mushrooms and stuff them with the minced meat, seasoned with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until the meatballs are well cooked.
- Sprinkle the meatballs with grated mozzarella and put them back in the oven until the cheese has completely melted and browned.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
