- Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F.
- Cut the potatoes in half and scoop out the insides.
- Make a quick béchamel by cooking the butter and flour in a saucepan for 1 minute, adding the milk and cooking for another 10 minutes. season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
- Add a spoonful of béchamel to each potato cut, place a piece of sausage on top and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
