Directions:
1. Start mixing the eggs with the lemon zest, honey and yogurt.
2. Cut the apples into thin slices and sprinkle them with lemon juice.
3. Mix the oil with the butter, then add the flour, yeast, raisins and apples.
4. Pour the mixture into a mold and sprinkle with a few chopped almonds.
5. Bake at 180° for 50 minutes.
