1 egg 2 sachets of baker’s yeast 50g of sugar
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in the mixer bowl and knead with the dough hook for 5 minutes.
Let it rest for 15 minutes and knead the dough again for 3 minutes.
Place the dough in a cake pan or similar, cover with a clean cloth and let it rest for 50 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (º 6). Beat the yolk with 1 tablespoon of milk, brown the brioche with it and bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy !
