Recipe 1:
- Preparation of milk:
- In a saucepan, heat the milk with the lemon zest and vanilla sugar until it boils.
- Preparation of the cream:
- In a bowl, beat the yolks with the sugar and cornstarch.
- Add the egg yolk mixture to the hot milk, stirring continuously until the cream thickens.
- Let cool.
- Preparation of the lemon mixture:
- Once the cream has cooled, add the lemon juice and condensed milk, beating until you obtain a thick consistency.
- Decoration and cooling:
- Decorar con canela, cacao o chocolate.
- Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Recipe 2:
- Preparing coffee:
- Mix the coffee with the sugar and cold water, whisking until thickened.
- Preparation of the cream:
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta, condensed milk and whipping cream until you obtain a smooth cream.
- Add the orange juice and mix well.
- Dessert assembly:
- On a baking tray, place a layer of Savoiardi biscuits.
- Pour the cream over the biscuits, leveling it well.
- Repeat with a second layer of biscuits and cream, if necessary.
- Decoration and cooling:
- Decorate with grated chocolate.
- Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
