This ingredient removes all the dirt from the toilet: it is much more powerful than baking soda.

This results in a white, sanitized toilet seat. For all of these reasons, bleach is a much more effective solution than baking soda for cleaning toilets. In fact, baking soda is an alkaline substance and can be used to gently clean the toilet seat.
However, it does not match the effectiveness of bleach when it comes to removing stubborn dirt and lime stains. Additionally, baking soda does not have the disinfecting properties of bleach and cannot kill bacteria and viruses on the surface of the toilet seat.
Last detail: bleach allows you to obtain effective results with a single product. Baking soda, on the other hand, should always be combined with at least one second ingredient.
How to remove dirt from the toilet with bleach?
To use bleach to clean the toilet seat, there are two methods you can follow. If the seat is plastic and therefore easy to remove, simply remove it and immerse it in a sink or bathtub.
We mix a little water with bleach in the toilet or bathtub. For quantities, we follow those indicated on the product label. Let the lid soak in this solution for a few minutes. When it is white it will be ready to be taken out of the water.
