This is so tasty, I found it hard to believe it was just 3 ingredients.

Two puff pastry sheets

two apples of medium size, cored, peeled, and quartered
1/4 cup of confectioners’ sugar, plus a little more for topping
What to do:
Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper and heating the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Two, prepare the apples by peeling, coring, and halving them. To soften them a little, simmer them in a pot of water until they are covered, for around 4 minutes, over medium heat. Allow the apple mixture to cool after draining the water and stirring in the sugar.
Third, split the puff pastry sheets in half lengthwise, and then make three rectangles out of each half. In all, you need to own six such items.
4. Before covering with a second rectangle of pastry with slits cut into it, moisten its edges. Spoon a portion of the apple mixture over the first rectangle. Seal by pressing the edges. Make six apple parcels by repeating the process with the remaining dough and apple ingredients.

5. Before placing each package on the baking pan that has been prepared, sprinkle some more sugar on top.
6. Puff and golden, about 12–15 minutes in the oven.
7. These 3-Ingredient Apple Danishes are best enjoyed warm, but they can keep in the fridge for up to two days if sealed. Just a quick bake in the oven will bring them back to serving temperature.
A Three-Ingredient Apple Danish Recipe with Tips – Apples of any kind will do, although Granny Smiths and other tart varieties complement the sugar and pastry’s sweetness.
To enhance the apple mixture’s taste, you may also use cinnamon, nutmeg, or lemon zest.
