In a small bowl, whisk together milk, biscuit mix, and eggs until smooth. Pour over the cheese and beef in the pie plate.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with ketchup, mustard, pickles, and diced tomatoes if desired.
