- Pour the chocolate into the bowl and melt it in the pan.
- Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add the agar agar and beat for 5 minutes on medium heat until boiling.
- Add the sugar and melted chocolate and beat one last time on low heat for another 2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a cake tin (22cm – tin size) and let cool completely. Then let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (or even overnight).
- Once the pudding is ready, turn it out onto the plate, sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve.
