Rinse the zucchini, remove the ends and cut them into thin slices (possibly with a mandolin or peeler).
Remove the meat from the sausage, mix it lightly with your hands to obtain a homogeneous mixture, and form balls of approximately the same size.
Cut the cheese into small cubes and place a small piece of cheese in the center of each sausage ball.
Wrap each meatball with the zucchini slice. Thread 4 skewers onto each wooden skewer.
Dip the skewers in breadcrumbs, place them in a pan covered with parchment paper and add a few drops of extra virgin olive oil to the surface.
Bake at 200°C/392°F for 20 minutes.
