1. In a large bowl, mix the flour with the dry brewer’s yeast (or crumbled fresh brewer’s yeast), sugar and salt.
2. Gradually add the warm water while mixing with a spatula or wooden spoon, until smooth.
3. Add the olive oil and continue kneading until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
4. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead vigorously for about 5-10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
5. Form the dough into a ball and place it in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover the bowl with a clean tea towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in volume.
