Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Cut the butter into small strips and melt it gently in a small saucepan.
Wash the lemon under cold water, dry it and finely grate its zest.
In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, sugar and lemon zest until the mixture whitens and becomes foamy.
Then add the melted butter and milk to the mixture. Mix well.
In another container, mix the flour, baking powder and pinch of salt. Then incorporate this dry mixture into the wet mixture. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous and smooth paste.
