The Recipe for Delicious Homemade Apple Vinegar
Rather than throwing away accumulated apple peels, turn them into delicious apple vinegar. The process is simple. You will need a sterilized glass jar, a tablespoon of honey per liter of water, water and of course, apple peels.
Start by placing the peelings in the jar until it is more than halfway full. Next, mix warm water with honey and pour this mixture into the jar until all the peelings are covered. Close the jar with a cloth and tighten it with a rubber band.
